What an amazing dining experience!! Raquel made us feel like part of the family and shared her passion for food and travel with us. The Wild Boar ribs were to die for!!If you find yourself in Buenos Aires do not miss this gem!!

Absolutely incredible! The ingredients are super fresh and the dishes are extremely flavorful. The whole concept is incredible, and our server Mauro was super knowledgeable and helpful (one of the best dining experiences you can have in Buenos Aires)

This restaurant now holds a special place in my heart. During our one-week stay in Buenos Aires we ate at Catalino twice, one during lunch and one during dinner. Everything about this place is magical and special. The people working there are the loveliest and kindest and the food is outstanding. The wild boar ribs are a must. Fun collection of local wines. I left with my heart full.

Just added Catalino to my “Buenos Aires favorite restaurants” list. Every dish was an experience itself, one better than the other. Highly recommend ordering different dishes and sharing. My favorites get the Mbeyu, girgolas a la parrilla, boar ribs and empanadas (basically everything we ordered). The place is also cute, green and relaxing. Definitely a must go!

**this review is from January 25, 2023. I’m posting a bit late** Catalino is absolutely amazing. We got the boar ribs, chorizo sandwich and grilled vegetables. The ribs were the perfect fall off the bone texture while still having a delightful crisp outside. The chorizo sandwich was incredibly flavorful- we loved it! The staff were so nice, and the prices were great, especially considering that they use seasonal vegetables and it’s a farm to table establishment. We wished we were staying in BA longer so that we could try the whole menu!! Something to keep in mind is that smoking is allowed in the outdoor portion of the restaurant, so if you’re not keen on that (like us) then recommend eating inside. Another note is that it’s kind of hidden and can sneak up on you so keep an eye out! You have to ring a buzzer for them to let you in so that’s kind of fun seriously- try this place and enjoy!

Exquisite food. Great find. Had boar empanadas and boar ribs with fries. Must say they were incredibly tasty. And the ribs! That was food for two!! Absolutely recommendable. Do not miss it!! Cute little place, hidden from sight. Worth it!

After spending 3 weeks in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I can confidently say that this is my absolute favorite restaurant here. We even went back twice we loved it so much! The boar ribs are absolutely incredible. Beyond delicious! We also ordered some salads, oyster mushrooms, and a cheese that was sent from heaven! The flan with house made dulce de leche was a great way to cap off the night. The restaurant atmosphere is so romantic and charming as well. Hope you like it as much as we did!

What an amazing restaurant! It's hidden away and not so obvious when you're walking by but once inside it's very intimate, cozy, and well designed. Our waiter was very helpful and patient, and had great recommendations for us. We highly recommend the boar ribs, choripan, and empanadas ! All were very very tasty - easily one of our favorite meals in Argentina.
